HI!
I am composing this letter to introduce you to my new adventure. If you know me, you know that food is my “love language.” Being in my kitchen and feeding those close to me fills my soul. So, years ago I was experimenting in the kitchen and what was later nicknamed “Virginia’s Christmas Crack” was created. I only made it at Christmas, and it was my gifts for friends and my son’s teachers (needed something good especially for them) as gifts.
Fast forward to now…. I have two sons in college and one in high school. I have filled my time with helping them, volunteering at their schools and being a cancer Volunteer for Cancare. I needed something for “me” to fill the space of when they would be on their own and would not need me as much. So, a little while ago I was thinking what could I do…. It had to include my happy place, to be on my own schedule and bring joy to others…. Sharing my brittle was my answer. So, I came up with selling my original brittle and have spent some time developing other flavors that I would like to share with you.
My Flavors so far are Pecan Crack (the original brittle), Orange Pecan, Bourbon Pecan, Jalapeño Pecan, Chocolate, Maple Salt, Chai , Salted Guinness and Rosemary Salt Pecan.
